The Skill Revolution: Guiding the Future of Management

Global Development College (GDC) was pleased to participate in the International Conference titled “The Skill Revolution: Guiding the Future of Management”, held on 19 December 2024 at Gitanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS), Udaipur, India.

The conference brought together academic leaders, educators, researchers, and students to engage in critical discussions on the transformation of management education in response to rapid technological change, evolving labour markets, and increasing global interconnectedness. The central focus of the conference was the growing importance of future-ready skills that enable graduates to navigate complexity, lead ethically, and respond effectively to emerging economic and social challenges.

GDC was represented by its Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr Jeremy Novak, who attended the conference as Chief Guest.
